The Customer agrees to provide this information and allows Pro Custom Energy to share it with relevant parties, including contractors, government authorities, and electricity retailers. Customers can request access to or deletion of their data, except where retention is required by law. Pro Custom Energy ensures data security and will not share personal information beyond the mentioned parties without consent.
